上海凯龙莘庄泰空间改造设计(竣工）
该项目位于上海市闵行区莘庄，原址为凯龙集团工业园区的餐厅和厨房，业主拟改造为满足会议功能和轻餐饮为主的休闲空间。
现状餐厅面对北面，南面为厨房，设计方案从功能出发，将任务书重新修改，说服业 主同意将餐厅部分放在南面，北面临街改为出租的商铺。
方案结合大玻璃采光立面，将阳光引进泰空间，进门处设计对称的高吧台，吧台样式为哑光不锈钢板，与柱子相连，像是从柱子上伸出来的枝杈，内部以满足一定人数的餐饮需求为主，布置不同类型的组合桌椅。
室外以红砖为主，改造6个车位为室外休闲平台，为园区提供舒适的室外休闲空间。

Shanghai Kailong Xinzhuang Tai Space Renovation Project
Project locates in Shanghai Minhang district. It belongs to the Shanghai KAILONG Group. It was the canteen which serves for the industry office parks. Client wants to turn it into the restaurant and meeting room.
Current restaurant is in the north of building while the kitchen is in the south. Designer persuades the client to change the program. Finally client agrees to move the restaurant to the south and rent the north area.
Scheme puts the main restaurant area at the south area and it makes the space have a lot of sunlight. There are two high bar table in the entrance area.The table connects the column and it looks like grows from it. There are different types of table and chairs groups to fit dinning requirements.
Red brick is used in outdoor area. 6 car lots are renovated into the platform. It will makes the environment comfortable. Amenities：Reception、neetiong、Coffee Bar
