上海某公租房改造方案设计
该项目位于虹口区，是上汽集团为刚毕业的新员工和年轻员工解决在沪住房问题进行的改造项目。原址为汉庭酒店，内部早已废弃不用，顶部有一个电信信号塔，无法移走。
设计方案为年轻人考虑了公共设施如健身房，厨房，集中晾晒区，首层设接待和公共休闲等候区，并设置快递存放点，在新市南路成熟的社区内注入了一波新气象。
内部结合顶部做了2个中庭，上部光线射入，内侧的房间也能得到充分的光线。下部为咖啡吧区，可在此享受与朋友的相聚时光。

Shanghai Public Rental Housing Renovation Project
Project locates at Shanghai Hongkou district. It belongs to the Shanghai SAICMOTOR Group. Young people who works for SAICMOTOR will live here. Original building is used by Hanting Hotel and it moved now. There is a telecom signal tower. It cannot be moved.
Scheme considers the requirements of young people and provide the fitness room and kitchen and clothes dry area. Reception area and recreation area locate at first floor. There is also express things area. The new building will give the road new expression.
There are two atriums in the building. Inter room could get the light with the upper lighting. It is the coffee area in the ground floor.
