泰康之家 南昌养老社区项目概念方案设计
•为住宅和养老社区创造一个适合的公共绿化空间。
•为使养老社区和住宅社区一致，需创造一个共享的影像。
•优化住宅、养老和医院基地的功能分区和未来的灵活使用。
1.通过一个流动的公共绿地，给社区一个“礼物”，提高房产价值。
2.中央公园连接住宅和养老产品，使之成为一个动态的，复合代际的社区，有可能为延伸的养老社区。
3.高层和中低层住宅建筑，以及养老建筑创造一个紧密结合的社区。
设施：住宅、商业、会所、二级康复医院、活力老人区、护理老人区、办公区、员工宿舍

3.High-rise and mid-rise buildings for residential and senior living creates a co-hensive environment.
