上海嘉定清竹园办公室改造项目
该项目位于上海嘉定清竹园内，由三栋二层高民房改造为办公室。改造方案将三栋民房连接，赋予其不同功能，一为门厅和领导办公，一为普通办公区域，一为配套餐厅（接待及内部自用）。二层为多功能室，兼会议/培训/职工之家多种用途。
项目与上海嘉北郊野公园相邻，周边的风景和农村景象极好，特在南面设置院落，并在二层设观景露台。一层院子兼有展览之用，将为清竹园客户展示未来园区不同风格景观效果（中式和日式）。

Shanghai Jiading District Qingzhu Garden Office Renovation
Project locates in Shanghai Jiading district, Qingzhu Garden. They are originally local abandoned residence houses. The houses will be renovated into office. Scheme connects the three separated houses and designs three functions for client. One house will be lobby and leader office, one is general office, the other is restaurant which serves for customers and staff.
Site is adjacent to the Jiabei Garden where has rural landscape and good view. Plan has a big south garden and terraces. South garden will show the different style gardens Qingzhu park has which are designed in Chinese and Japanese style.
